Entrecôte with Oven Potatoes on Green Beans and Oranges

Ingredients
Serves 4- 300 g green beans
- 500 g baby potato
- 5 tbsps olive oil
- 4 oranges
- 2 tbsps white wine vinegar
- 400 g entrecôte
- salt
- pepper

Boil the beans in unsalted water for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, wash and halve the baby potatoes and marinate briefly in olive oil, salt and pepper. Cook in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.

4 oranges

Fillet the oranges and mix the resulting juice with white wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.

400 g entrecôte
Marinate the meat in the juice, sear it on both sides in a hot pan for 3 minutes and briefly put it in the oven with the potatoes. Serve with the beans and the filleted oranges.
