Vegetable Sticks with Cream Cheese Pumpernickel Dip

Ingredients
Serves 4- 3 carrots
- 1 celery
- ½ bunch chives
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 slices pumpernickel
- salt
- pepper

Peel the carrots. Cut the carrots and celery into sticks. Cut the chives into fine rings.

4 slices pumpernickel
Mix the cream cheese, olive oil, chives, salt and pepper. Pour the dip into glasses, crumble 1 slice of pumpernickel on each, tuck in the vegetables and serve.
