Coriander Hummus
The perfect spread for all those who love hummus and coriander

Ingredients
Serves 4- ½ bunch coriander
- 250 g chickpeas
- 3 tbsps chickpea water
- 6 tbsps olive oil
- 2 tsps soy sauce
- 1 tsp curry powder
- ½ lemon
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 
						- 
										½ bunch coriander
 Roughly chop the coriander, including the stems. 
-

										250 g chickpeas
- 
										3 tbsps chickpea water
- 
										6 tbsps olive oil
 Put the chickpeas, chopped coriander, chickpea water and olive oil in a container or blender and puree. If you want the hummus to be even creamier, simply add more chickpea water.

										2 tsps soy sauce
- 
										1 tsp curry powder
- 
										½ lemon
- 
										salt
- 
										pepper
 Season with soy sauce, curry powder, lemon juice, salt and pepper. 
-
