Pasta Dough

Instructions

Weigh the two types of flour in a bowl. Add the eggs, olive oil and salt and knead vigorously for about 10 minutes to form a dough. Cover and leave to rest in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.

The dough can now be further processed as desired.
Tip
The liquid in the dough depends very much on the size of the eggs used. Therefore, if the dough is too dry or too wet, simply adjust it with a little water or flour.
