Pasta Dough

A delicious homemade pasta dough enhances every pasta dish. Whether tagliatelle, tagliolini, ravioli or delicious lasagne sheets - there are no limits to your imagination.

Ingredients

Instructions

    • 125 g wheat flour
    • 125 g semolina
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 tbsps olive oil
    • 2 piches of salt

    Weigh the two types of flour in a bowl. Add the eggs, olive oil and salt and knead vigorously for about 10 minutes to form a dough. Cover and leave to rest in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.

    • The dough can now be further processed as desired.

    Tip

    • The liquid in the dough depends very much on the size of the eggs used. Therefore, if the dough is too dry or too wet, simply adjust it with a little water or flour.
