South Tyolean Apple Kaiserschmarren
A classic South Tyrolean feel good dessert

Cut the apples into small cubes.

700 ml milk

Put the flour and salt in a bowl and add the milk, whisk to combine. Add the eggs and mix to a smooth, rather liquid dough.

3 tsps sugar
Heat a coated pan with vegetable oil over medium heat and pour about a ladleful of batter into the pan and spread. Cook on one side until small bubbles form. Add apple pieces, cut pancakes into quarters and then flip. When both sides are golden brown, remove the pancakes from the pan and sprinkle with 1 tsp sugar. Repeat until the batter is used up.

1 tbsp sugar
When all the pancakes are baked, put them all together again in the pan and break them into small pieces. Finally, sprinkle with sugar and toss the pan.
