Wholegrain Spaghetti with Pea Pesto and Burrata
A quick pasta dish of a different kind. Nutty spaghetti, creamy burrata, sweet peas and the playful acidity of lemon. The perfect meal for novice cooks.

Ingredients
Serves 4- 1 onion (mittelgroß)
- 4 tbsps olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 250 g peas (frozen)
- 1 lemon
- 400 g wholegrain spaghetti
- 2 Burrata
- salt
- pepper
Instructions

Chop the onion and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Sauté the onion and garlic for 4 minutes on medium heat.

Add the peas to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes. In the meantime, bring a pot of water to the boil to cook the pasta in later.

400 g wholegrain spaghetti
Put the steamed peas in a blender. Add the olive oil, zest and juice of the lemon and season with salt and pepper. Blend everything. When the water is boiling, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.

Return the puréed peas to the pan, stir in some of the pasta water to make the sauce creamy. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the sauce. Cut the burrata in half and serve on top of the spaghetti.
