Beetroot Spinach Salad
A fresh salad with a Bavarian dressing

Ingredients
Serves 4- 1 tbsp sweet mustard
- 2 tbsps balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsps olive oil
- 3 beetroot (cooked)
- 150 g spinach
- salt
- pepper
Instructions

Mix the mustard and vinegar in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and slowly stir in the olive oil.

Roughly dice the beetroot, add to the dressing with the spinach leaves and mix well.
