Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
Serves 12- 125 g butter
- 90 g brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 260 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g chocolate drops
- salt

Place the softened butter in a mixing bowl and beat for about 5 to 6 minutes until fluffy. Add the sugar and continue to beat for 3 minutes.

Then add the egg and stir in.

1 tsp baking powder

In the meantime, prepare the dry ingredients and mix with the wet.

100 g chocolate drops
Stir in the chocolate drops. Cover the dough and place in the fridge for 30 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 160 °C fan.

Shape the cookie dough into 12 balls and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 12 minutes, open the oven, flatten with a wooden spoon and bake for a further 3 minutes.
