Fresh Spinach Tortillas

A colourful dinner - perfect for a nice get-together

Fresh Spinach Tortillas

Ingredients

Instructions

    • 200 g spinach
    • 200 g flour
    • salt

    Mash the spinach, add the flour and salt and knead into a dough. If the dough is too dry, add a few drops of water. If it is too liquid, add flour. Leave to rest for 10 minutes.

  1. Cut the onion into half rings, make the hummus and prepare the feta and rocket.

    • Cut the dough into equal-sized pieces and roll out thin and round. Heat a non-stick frying pan and fry the tortillas one by one without oil. Turn them over after 1 to 2 minutes and fry the other side.

      • 2 corncobs

      Then fry the corncobs in a little oil and cut down the kernels. Arrange the tortillas with hummus, rocket, feta, corn and onions and serve.
