Herb Butter
Perfect on a slice of bread or a juicy steak
Ingredients
1 roll- 125 g butter
- 1 branch rosemary
- 4 branches thyme
- 3 leaves sage
- 1 leaf laurel
- ½ bunch chives
- 1 tsp mustard
- pepper
- salt
Instructions

Beat the butter until it is creamy.

Finely chop all the herbs.

1 tsp mustard

Stir the mustard into the butter, then add the herbs and pepper and mix well.

Spread the butter on a sheet of baking paper, roll it up. Put it into the freezer for around 2 hours, then move it to the fridge until needed.
Tip
Instead of rolling it up, the butter can be put into an ice cube tray.
