Herb Butter

Perfect on a slice of bread or a juicy steak

Ingredients

1 roll

Instructions

    • 125 g butter

    Beat the butter until it is creamy.

    • 1 branch rosemary
    • 4 branches thyme
    • 3 leaves sage
    • 1 leaf laurel
    • ½ bunch chives

    Finely chop all the herbs.

    • 1 tsp mustard
    • pepper
    • 2 piches of salt

    Stir the mustard into the butter, then add the herbs and pepper and mix well.

    • Spread the butter on a sheet of baking paper, roll it up. Put it into the freezer for around 2 hours, then move it to the fridge until needed.

    Tip

    • Instead of rolling it up, the butter can be put into an ice cube tray.
