Marinated Tofu on Oven Roasted Potatoes
Something different for dinner

Ingredients
Serves 4- 700 g baby potato
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 2 packs tofu (je 200 g)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 spring onions
- 4 tbsps soy sauce
- 3 tbsps sunflower oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions

Wash the potatoes and cut them in halves. Season them with olive oil, salt and pepper and put them into the oven for 30 minutes at 200 °C.

Meanwhile, use a paper towel to dry off the tofu pieces and place them next to each other in a big flat container. Slice the garlic and the green part of the spring onions and spread them over the tofu. Sprinkle with soy sauce, sunflower oil and pepper and stir everything around. Let it sit for at least 20 minutes.

Fry the tofu for 5 minutes on each side, then add the leftover marinade. Then, slice the tofu and the rest of the spring onions and serve with the potatoes.
