Put chickpeas, cooked pumpkin, olive oil and the juice of half a lemon in a container or blender and puree to hummus. If you want the hummus to be even creamier, just add a little chickpea water.

Season with salt, pepper, a little grated lemon zest and a little more lemon juice if desired.
