Tomato Leek Soup
Eine schnelle, einfache Suppe für den kleinen Hunger oder als Vorspeise
Instructions

Grate the tomatoes and garlic into a pot with a Parmesan grater. Add a dash of olive oil, season with salt and pepper and heat up.

Cut the leeks into rings and fry them strongly in a pan without fat.

Serve the soup slightly warmed with the leek and a few leaves of basil.

Tip
Since the taste of the soup depends very much on the quality of the tomatoes, they should be selected carefully.
