Walnut Olive Oil Granola
This granola is perfect for a delicious breakfast or as a snack between meals. The combination of crunchy rolled oats, roasted walnuts, olive oil and maple syrup gives it a unique, buttery flavor.
Instructions

150 g walnuts
Chop the walnuts with a knife and set aside.

20 g maple syrup

In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil and maple syrup and season with salt.

30 g flaxseeds

150 g oats
Add the walnuts, flax seeds and oats to the oil mixture in the bowl and mix well. Spread onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Preheat the oven to 160°F and place the tray on the middle rack. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes (or until granola is golden brown). Stir occasionally.
Tip
The oven does not need to be preheated.
