Hello, I am Julia and I am from the beautiful South Tyrol. I have always loved cooking and thanks to Julius I can now share my favourite recipes with the world on this website. When I'm not in the kitchen, you can find me on Instagram or going on walks. Besides cooking, I love good wine, and I'm training to be a sommelier.

My favourite kitchen appliance is my KitchenAid. In close second place is my collection of Riess pots. In my opinion, enamel is the optimal material for cooking.
