Bruschetta
A classic Italian antipasto
Instructions

Cut the bread into slices and drizzle with a little olive oil. Then toast in a pan for a few minutes until crispy.

Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic and chilli and dice the tomatoes.

Mix everything together with olive oil in a bowl, season with pepper and salt and spread on the bread slices. Garnish with basil and serve.
