Pumpkin Seed Muesli

Ingredients

Instructions

    • 50 g dried figs
    • 3 tbsps pumpkin seeds
    • 4 tbsps oats
    • 2 tbsps hemp seeds
    • cinnamon

    Cut the dried figs into small pieces and lightly toast them in a non-stick pan together with all the other dry ingredients. Season to taste with cinnamon.

    • yogurt
    • 4 figs (frisch)
    • pumpkin seed oil

    Put the yoghurt in a bowl and spread the lukewarm muesli on top. Top with fresh figs and a few drops of pumpkin seed oil.

Tip

  • If you are on a vegan diet, you can of course use any sort of plant based yoghurt.
