Pumpkin Seed Muesli
An autumnal breakfast idea for a healthy start to the day

Ingredients
Serves 2- 50 g dried figs
- 3 tbsps pumpkin seeds
- 4 tbsps oats
- 2 tbsps hemp seeds
- 4 figs (frisch)
- cinnamon
- yogurt
- pumpkin seed oil

4 tbsps oats

2 tbsps hemp seeds

cinnamon
Cut the dried figs into small pieces and lightly toast them in a non-stick pan together with all the other dry ingredients. Season to taste with cinnamon.

4 figs (frisch)

pumpkin seed oil
Put the yoghurt in a bowl and spread the lukewarm muesli on top. Top with fresh figs and a few drops of pumpkin seed oil.

Tip
If you are on a vegan diet, you can of course use any sort of plant based yoghurt.
