Tagliatelle with Prawns

Ingredients
Serves 4- 70 g parmesan
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ red chili
- 400 g tagliatelle
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 250 g prawns
- salt
- pepper
Instructions

Bring a saucepan of water to the boil on the cooker. Grate the Parmesan cheese, slice the garlic cloves and cut the chilli into rings.

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, lightly fry the garlic and chilli in a little olive oil in a pan. Add the prawns and fry for about 2 minutes on each side.

Add the cooked pasta to the pan. Add a little pasta water and the Parmesan and toss. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
